There are two schools of thought here, I can only say that in my opinion being nice to him or even ignoring him creates more noise while being frank with him leads to him leaving and more quiet on the SIG. 

The argument is perhaps academic, since given the 5PM track of Irma takes it directly over my house in the lower Keys, if I'm able to get back to deal with the wreckage I will be too busy to deal with Andrew. In case anyone else wants to take up the good fight, I'm behind you.
