[aprssig] Biggeest APRS Travel day ever

I'd recommend
1. Repeaterbook app <https://www.repeaterbook.com/index.php> - that'll load
the entire crowdsourced repeater directory onto your phone and show you
repeaters by distance from you.
2. If you don't have a phone, pre-populate repeaters in your radio or print
a list with Repeaterbook's travel functionality,
<https://www.repeaterbook.com/repeaters/travel.php>

Side note...I have a burning desire for manufacturers to integrate APRS by
default, but that seems like such a premium feature. I wish the effort put
into things like signaling, selective calling, WIRES, and other features
nobody ever uses into an APRS subfunctionality.
