[aprssig] Talkin at Dayton APRS screen?

The number#1 thing that any talk-in should have is a computer screen
showing APRS so the talk in operator can SEE where everyone is.  Don't need
a TNC and radio just a computer with internet access to see http://aprs.fi


THis eliminates the lost time in asking "Where are you".

Also, someone at the hamvention should be beaconing an APRS opject at the
location of the fairgrounds with the object name HAMFEST.

Then everyone with an APRS radio just drives to that object on their maps.
