Just spotted one detail:

> Packets are checked based [...] on [...] destination callsign (SSID ignored)

SSID *IGNORED*? Interesting! So if I want to get a message to Fred, and
I try sending to his home -1 and his car -2 and his phone -4, I'd better
send DIFFERENT messages, or wait >30sec? OK!
