FYI.

Parts of Japan, have (or used to have) both 50 and 60Hz local power,
sometimes in the same street!   So, I guess it would be good to know
that during an "event".   Not only that, but where the military setup
aid camps, and there are contingents from both the EU and US, there
could be both 50 and 60Hz power about the place.
