I would question the article's validity if it's saying millimeter wave is
HF. It's just a dumbed down article for the masses.

It is using mmwave (24GHz or 60GHz, to relay signals between terminals
mounted on power poles, in which case it's literally Broadband over power
lines....because the signal is physically above them. Get it? But
thankfully this time no interference to HF...but now it might impinge on
the few and proud millimeter wave hams out there on the 24.0-24.25 GHz
band. (13mm band?)
