[aprssig] APRS in Houston

ARES is not deployed.  In fact the ARRL has issued "shelter in place" communication.
I am interested in what role (if any) amateur radio is taking in this (pre-recovery) phase.  The ARRL website is the only source of info at this point.

Is there anyone in-theater, on the APRS list who would be interested/available to engage in a more detailed update (even if it is direct, rather than on-list)?
