[aprssig] UIView and weather

I have had to move my APRS program/weather program to a new laptop, A 
Windoz7, not for the faint of heart!!

Finally got the APRS program to talk to the radio but now how do I get 
it to pick up the weather data and transmit it?  I have the WXNOW file 
in Peak/UiView.  Do I need to tell it somewhere what the comport is?
APRS on Com 6 and Weather station on Com 3
