[aprssig] APRS, AM radio and the solar Eclipse (Cloud Reporting)

Welp. Can't get into the Columbia MO Dstar gateway from Jefferson City so
am on APRSPro. Unfortunately I can't change my symbol to \U. :-(. I am
beaconing cloud cover as N5UWY-5.
