[aprssig] Eclipse

I will be doing an SDR capture (via a Perseus SDR) of 400 - 2000 kHz
from 1630 to 1930 UTC.  This includes the 630m experimental (soon to be
amateur) band, the mediumwave broadcast band, and the 160m band.
The total capture size is anticipated to be somewhat over 80 GB.  I'd
like to make it available to anyone who'd like to analyze, but the
question is how?  Any cost efficient suggestions on how/where to make
it available for download would be appreciated.
Also, thanks to WB4APR for posting the list of AM clear channel
stations along the totality patch, I have shared this extensively.
