[aprssig] What satellite is this ?

It's a Tracker2, specifically one of the OT2m boards using an MX614
modem if I remember right. I have no idea how it's presently
configured, but it's capable of using several aliases and of callsign
substitution. I really haven't heard much about it since I shipped the
hardware years ago.
