Aprsis? What is that? There is no application by that name that I am aware of.
I have seen APRSC, APRX, APRSIS32, APRSISCE, APRSISMO; but not the one you list.

Since the author of UIView died and development stopped in 2004, and since UIView has issues with every version of Windows after XP, it wouldn't be the one I would try first. Certainly not the only one I would try. Took me less than 5 minutes to make it work with xastir. And there are about a hundred blog posts and videos about how to make it work with many programs and OSes. But that would require the use of Google.
