There are directions in the Direwolf documentation as well as Internet
articles.  I have made the connection -- basically you run rtl_fm and pipe
the output to Direwolf.

If you want some 2-way, APRS, you can support 2 radios (say 2m/70cm) at
1200 baud or 9600 baud per radio -- take a look at this
