Sure.  It's a KISS TNC and a Linux computer.   We Hams have been doing
that for 25+ years.

There are probably better Linux less JNOS sites easily found with
google but the concept of TCP data on AX25 is the same.

Direwolf will give you better speed and performance these days so try
it before buying a new dedicated 1200 baud TNC.
