Can you be a little more specific about what systems you're talking
about and how you expect them to operate? I'm not aware of ARRL
issuing any APRS server certificates. The only APRS server
certificates I'm aware of are those issued by Hes to Tier 2 servers,
from a CA he created.

As one of the TLS server admins, I thought this was just a proof of
concept and not a production system. I know I'm not particularly
invested in maintaining it.

That said, my server is currently online, has a non-expired
certificate, and is in the ssl.aprs2.net round robin. Last state
change (downtime) was in March. What's the problem?
