OK, I added these to http://aprs.org/symbols/symbols-new.txt

Added A0 overlay circle for ALSTAR nodes

and V0 for VOIP combined echolink and IRLP

and P& for PSKmail node

and W& for Wirese-X as opposed to W0 for WiresII

and Ya for Yaesu C4FM repeaters

The others seemed a little iffy…..

I posted to the list a couple of months ago with a collection of common but
undocumented overlays I found in use scattered around the planet.

A0 was definitely in there, along with several others. Maybe they should be
added to the symbols-new.txt file?

http://www.aprs.org/symbols/symbols-new.txt

shows

BOX SYMBOL: #A (and other system inputted symbols)
HA = House DTMF user
EA = Echolink DTMF report
IA = IRLP DTMF report
RA = RFID report
AA = AllStar DTMF report
DA = D-Star report
etc

and

NUMBERED CIRCLES: #0
E0 = Echolink Node (E0)
I0 = IRLP repeater (I0)
S0 = Staging Area  (S0)
W0 = WIRES (Yaesu VOIP)

So by extension, A0 should be an AllStar node?

The APRS web page: http://aprs.org/symbols/symbolsX.txt

Suggests the CIRCLE symbol with “A” overlay… Same as Echolink with the E
and D star with the D etc…
