[aprssig] MFJ Data Radio

Funny. A co-worker of mine 25 years ago bought an MFJ TNC that was a clone
of the TAPR-2 TNC. Same issues: Poor solder joints everywhere. I and
another buddy re-soldered every joint and it worked great for the original
owner after that.
