[aprssig] NMEA tracker

IIRC a rather ridiculous (IMO) tracker method was to use a vanilla TNC
(e.g. KPC3) with a GPS configured to send those two sentences at once a
minute (instead of the typical once per second) tied to the KPCs terminal
port.

why would you waste that much bandwidth???
