[aprssig] Emergency Power for Ham stuff (Voltage)

It is not the voltage that kills a person but rather the current. When to
get about 10 to 20 mA the person can't release the wires and the heart
takes a hit. Need the initial voltage to get the current flowing and
typically that is around 30 - 40 volts.
