It's good to be cautious, but properly installed, it shouldn't
be any more dangerous than plugging any appliance into a 230V
outlet. I don't think Bob intended for anyone to be fiddling
with live wires from a high voltage solar array in full sunlight
with bare hands while standing in a puddle.

Of course, I'll never forget reaching into my first power
supply and learning the hard way why a bleeder resistor should
have been installed across the filter capacitor!
