[aprssig] aprssig list test

Please excuse the test. I have been unable to get my messages to this group
for quite some time. Also the tapr.org mailing lists service isn't sending
out confirmation emails when an email address change is requested or a new
subscription is requested. I'm trying to figure out if I can repair these
two issues since the list owner doesn't answer my emailed requests for help.
