[aprssig] SSID convention

May I assume that this document:  http://aprs.org/aprs11/SSIDs.txt
supersedes this document:  http://aprs.org/SSIDs.txt ?

Is there a more recent document?

If the first URL above does supersede the 2nd, can we get a tag
inserted on the older one linking to the newer one to prevent useless
questions like this one from clogging the list?
