Hello folks
Another update of the Sat TLE Prediction Operator (STPO) Tool.  The Release Preview is now available for those interested in trying out the tool.

please note that the tool by itself does NOT turn on the radio circuitry on/off; but, instead allows you to provide an external app to run when the AOS and LOS events occur.  It also has the capability of sending email notifications upon these events.
