Got this from the Balloon Guys.  Sounds like a great opportunity for a SAR
hunt for the payload!

RIT SPEX:



It has an audible beeper, strobe and flashing red/green lights on an orange
pumpkin colored/sized payload. The parachute is also red/blue and it is a
Styrofoam cooler. There is contact info on the side and in the payload
itself.



We think the recovery circuits could work for a few days and there is a RF
beacon on it.
