[aprssig] Balloon overe Syracuse, NY - ???

[Amir Findling]

According to the track,  it flew just north of my house outside Syracuse,
above the cloud cover...  Still in flight now,  in Vermont...  But  it
originated ar RIT in Rochester NY.
