I'm not seeing this behavior at all.  In fact, the abbreviated headers
for your message read:

To: TAPR APRS Mailing List <aprssig at tapr.org>
From: Floyd Rodgers via aprssig <aprssig at tapr.org>
Reply-To: kc5qbc at swbell.net, TAPR APRS Mailing List <aprssig at tapr.org>
