[aprssig] next beta build#74 of YAAC ("Yet Another APRS Client")

Greetings, all.

This is a patch to the last build#73, to work around a problem in YAAC's automated upgrader. Manual installs of the last build would work just fine, but the automated upgrader was failing part-way through the upgrade, leaving the user at the previously installed build. So this fixes the upgrader, and also rearranges the build so as to work around the upgrader bug (since you wouldn't be able to use the new upgrader until you successfully upgraded to it, alas).

Those who installed YAAC build #73 manually don't need to worry about this, other than to get the new upgrader to make their life easier in the future.
