[aprssig] Need Assistance With APRS Membership WD8ARZ

APRSSIG, Bill cannot seem to post to APRSSIG.  But he can see it.

Any helpful suggestios?  Bob, Wb4APR

Sorry to say, the only time I ever didi anything with "settings" was the
first day I joined probably 20 years ago, so I am no help...  I am posting
this to the APRSSIG in case others have pointers .
