[aprssig] APRS Destination Call :: How to Request

Hello all
I need an experimental "TOCALL" to include in one of my APRS related apps I'm working on.  Is there a process for requesting one of these. What is the best practice to follow to secure one.


1.       The App is for APRS Satellite Tracking and Operation (STPO)

2.       Currently the app is on Windows, but, could live as an Android app in the future

3.       The app does not track nor send APRS messages. Other than it sending a self-trace APRS-IS only message upon a pre-set time interval

I am using the attached as my reference authored by BobB; In reading thru it, and understanding the nomenclature of segments in a ToCALL., I would the following request for ToCALL be valid/legit:

1.       APSTPO (last 4 char IDs app name)

2.       APZSPO  ('Z' experimental, SPO IDs app name short form)

Any suggestions and guidance on requesting the TOCALL are welcome.
