[aprssig] Fwd: [amsat-bb] APRS test on IO-86

IO-86 is on LAPAN-A2/ORARI and it's running a Tracker2 digipeater.  
Guessing the launch was delayed a bit - I think I delivered that board 
about 4 years ago.
