[aprssig] New ExpressTracker Firmware, Software and Driver Available

A new version of ExpressTracker firmware, configuration software and driver has been released at our website:

Some major firmware fixes/additions:
- KISS transmit via USB bug fixed- Added GPS Pass-Through Mode- Several lock-up issues with rare configurations- Now supports multi-call/digipeater paths- Now support metric/imperial units (kilometers/miles)- Fixed multiple digipeater bugs
Configuration software updates:
- Added serial port mode/baudrate drop down menus.  Makes configuring serial port much easier!- Use Metric checkbox added to Tracker config tab- Added checkbox to toggle USB LED communication flashing on/off while configuring the tracker- Packet Monitor tab added to watch live KISS packets- GPS Monitor tab added to monitor GPS NMEA packets in pass-through mode
We also have a new updated driver that no longer displays the generic "Communications Port" in Hardware Manager.  Now shows "ExpressTracker Port" to eliminate guessing which device is the ET assigned to a port COM X. Jason Rausch - Amateur Radio Callsign: KE4NYV
