But when you vocalize this acronym, how do you pronounce it?

o   As   A-P-R-S (individual letters spoken)?

o   As "ape-irs"  (with the first syllable sounding like a hairy monkey?)

o   As "app-irs" (with the first syllable sounding like a small program for a 
smartphone?)

Or what........
