[aprssig] Call Sign Lookup Service - Dec/25/2015 Update

Dear Friends
In addition to the log page additions from yesterday, a couple more updates and additions. The call sign look up service will now support THREE formatted outputs.

  *   DEFAULT view
     *   Example: http://call.n0agi.com/?c=N0AGI
     *   this will produce a tabular, formatted output like the one below pictures.
     *   No Lat/Lon coordinates are generated in this view
     *   this is the fastest of the three views
  *   Coords view (with the [&f=2] switch)
     *   Example: http://call.n0agi.com/?c=N0AGI&f=2
     *   the Coords view format includes Lat/Lon coordinates on top of the default view
  *   Piped view (with the [&f=0] switch)
     *   Example: http://call.n0agi.com/?c=N0AGI&f=0
     *   pipe delimited output.
     *   output includes GEO Lat/Lon coordinates
     *   No map link is included in this view
