I am in the process of writing new software (Linux/Python) for my Davis Weather Monitor II since nobody makes any "current" software that works well.

I have the data all decoded, but need to work on the rain data.

r - rainfall during the last hour... Easy p - rainfall during the lstt 24 hours... Easy P - rainfall since midnight. ?

Since midnight zulu time? (as is displayed on FindU)
- OR
Since midnight local time? (DST?) - or current time?

I don't see it documented.
