[aprssig] RS0ISS-1 ?? in today's ISS passthru

I was monitoring the last ISS passthru traffic and found something new (new to me that is); I see that there's a source call under the name, "RS0ISS-1". Please see below screen shot (highlighted).
Couple of observations and questions:
1. What is the RS0ISS-1 station - is it a legit ISS SSID station. It looks like it's servicing the ISS BBS service. Is this something new that was recently added since the last ISS digi downtime ?? (screen shot #1)
2. Looking at the last pass-thru path, I would have expected to have heard this station; albeit, my rig never heard this station (screen shot #2)
Does anyone have some insight into this that you can shed some light on
Thanks
