[aprssig] Rasberry Pi APRS Igate?

This is working really well for me on a Raspberry Pi and a SDR dongle. The
only thing missing is the -p flag for the rtl_fm command (which is specific
to every dongle).
I am using it as an Rx only IGate currently. I will be looking to add a
SatGate as well using a second dongle (depending on if the Pi can handle
the processing).
