[aprssig] Depiction and APRS

I didn't do the map setup, so I can't speak to that. Station display
was pretty good, better than what I remember on ArcGIS anyway. Couldn't
seem to limit trail length, and that was the biggest limitation. It was
easy to bring in other data sources, though most of those required
network access. Which we *had* most of the time, but we can't count on
it out there.
