[aprssig] Unofficial APRX Release v2.8.1-W6KWF

Since Matti has been busy with actual life, I've been accepting bug
fixes for aprx and curating them online:

I've tagged my first release on this branch, v2.8.1-W6KWF, which you
can download some prebuilt deb binaries for here:
http://thelifeofkenneth.com/aprx/

Highlights of this release vs v2.08r593 are:
* aprx will now correctly RFgate messages to trackers running empty paths
* aprx digipeats beyond direct-only
* aprx is more conservative when negotiating with SMACK TNCs
* Fixing about half of the compile warnings

I don't have the time or life stability at the moment to commit to
being the aprx maintainer moving forward, but until Matti's life
simplifies or someone else steps up I'm accepting patches onto my
branch.

Is there any other behavior faults in aprx that I should be aware of?
Do you have any personal patches kicking around? I'd like to hear from
you.
