[aprssig] next beta build#47 of YAAC ("Yet Another APRS Client")

Greetings, all.

The next build #47 of YAAC is now available, due to some urgent bugfix requests for some of the new features introduced in build #46. It is downloadable from the usual places:

The changes include:

1. enhancements to the Health Monitor view (intended to assist APRS network operators in managing the health of the stations under their supervision), particularly for monitoring weather stations.

2. documentation updates to better explain some of the features.

3. fixes to the TNC initialization code to support custom user-entered command strings (including previous-build variations in the new build) as well as the standard KISS-mode switching commands, and to not retransmit the switching commands while the TNC is still processing the first round of commands.

4. support for version 3.x of gpsd (previous build only supported gpsd V2.9x).
