[aprssig] DISABL>ID:Network Node

Looks like an ID broadcast from a TNC configured as a connected packet
network node. "DISABL" is set as the callsign.
Can you tell if there is any other packets being sent from it? Is
there a mountain/hill, or other site around your area named "disable"
or something to that effect? It may be a tactical callsign referring
to the site and the valid callsign is being sent in some other fashion
or omitted entirely.
