[aprssig] Interesting APRS RF Behavior at Dayton....

The W8FSM igate rf deck is a commercial vhf mobile with a good front end.
It hears plenty, it's just our Internet connectivity has severe latency
allowing the pallets from the other igates to make it to the APRS-IS before
ours do.
