Greetings.

Another build's out, to fix some annoying typos and add some functionality. It's automatically upgradeable, or manually downloadable from the usual places:

Fixes include:

1. performance improvements in topographic contour map generation, plus support
     for higher-resolution topographic data.
2. fix stupid typo preventing loading of raster map images.
3. improve documentation of multiple configuration profiles.
4. add automatic re-connect support for AGWPE servers.
5. miscellaneous other performance improvements and usability tweaks.
