Given no easy "normal" way to contact the operators...and..
While I Fully understand the implcations (and it is easy to properly ID yourself in those packets in the comment), I like the idea of throwing some "ATTENTION GETTING Packets" into their data stream that also contain some kind of mesage and or contact information about getting these things set up properly.
Nor do I wish to engage in any "what's legal or ethical" discussions. Sometimes ya' gotta' whack 'em up-side the head to get their attention.
It is NOT rocket science. If they are capable of putting up a tracker, thay should be capable of understanding what they are doing.

Grrrr. I do wish all hams would update their qrz so they could be
easily notified if something goes wrong . . . I'll have to stress that
with our new ham class underway here.
Hopefully they will fall down soon! :)
