[aprssig] "no sym yet" icon + compressed packets?

I trimmed Stephens post. Paul, since you are looking at APRS.FI and ARISS.NET you have no icons stored on your computer so this does not apply. It would only apply if you were seeing the wrong icons on a pc running a program like UI-View or APRSIS32.
