[aprssig] FW: Tranasatlantic multi-balloon mission in progress

The HF RTTY reception seems to have picked up now that the sun is going 
down on 20m.  I'm auto-updating an HB-NG0X object based on these 
position reports and it shows him between 5 and 6,000 feet going over 
the coast about 13 minutes ago.



At that altitude he only has about a 94 mile RF footprint, though, so 
it'll be a while before he gets line-of-sight on any 2m stations.
