I saw it this morning, but I am getting tired of repacking it into the full 
installer once every 24 hours, and I suspect the readers of the 5 mailing lists 
I post to are getting tired of announcements every 24 hours.

I'm going to wait a few days to see if this thing settles down a bit before 
posting any more versions.    For what it's worth, the recent fixes reported in 
the change log only seem to affect CONNECTED packet and the intensive 
back-and-forth handshaking that goes on in this mode.

They have no bearing on the the one-way  one-to-many  unconnected "UI frames" 
used in APRS.
