[aprssig] CWOP Weather Brodcast Down?

I noticed earlier that Findu.com hadn't had any updates since shortly after 11:00pm CST. APRS.FI had gotton updates through the night. Findu seems to be getting updats now.

My own CWOP feed is still getting 8,000+ weather packets per hour.
