[aprssig] Roll call for APRS software authors

Did not realize this was hardware as well.  You could add Coastal ChipWorks
to the list.  Maker of the TNC-X TNC, the X-Track and X-Digi add on boards,
the X-BT  Bluetooth interface and most recently TNC-Pi, a stackable TNC
plug in board for Raspberry Pi.
