And it is a lot simpler to implement than it reads.  The latitude is
simply the TOCALL of the AX.25 frame in ASCII decimal numbers but with a
higher order bit either on or off to indicate some other non related info.

And the Longitude is just the first 3 bytes of the data (after the type
character) encoded modulo 91 also in ASCII.  Plus a few other details.
