[aprssig] mic-e: technical info or source code ??

OK, this means that the mic-e messages on a voice-repeater are modulated 
the same way as the AFSK messages on 144.800.

In that case, I guess I can just let multimon-ng monitor the output 
frequency of our analog repeater. Correct?
